Since I've been having trouble motivating myself the past week, I'm going to put my workout schedule up ahead of time, so I can maybe keep at it a little better.
this week.
today ran/walked 30min 3 miles
wed 3-5 mile bike ride or 3 mile run with wife. 6pm
thursday 2 mile run then pushup/pullup/situp/lunge sets 5pm
friday 2mile run then yoga 5pm
saturday 3 mile run then weight sets 5pm
sunday 3-5 mile bike ride with wife 5pm
hopefully having this schedule will make me less prone to skip my daily fitness stuff.
